Tips：
1，If the pattern involves black color. The temperature and time that needs to be used needs to be higher and 10-20 seconds longer than that of do regular color. Otherwise black color will tend to show up as gray if they are baked for too short a time.
2，Because the quality of paper in the market is different, the heat transfer rate of some sublimation paper is only 80%.The higher the heat transfer rate, the more complete the clarity of the pattern. It is recommended to choose more than 93% of the transfer rate of paper.
3，Because the firmness of the sublimation ink will affect the rendering of the pattern. When clients buy ink, you need to choose ink with color fastness > 4.5 level or above.
4，If the pattern color is complex (equal or above 3 colors), make sure that the sublimation paper is tightness to the cup body. (the most important factors).
5，Because some customers use different brands of press machines and ovens, the temperature and time for thermal sublimation will be different.
Problems and solutions
1)Light color: uneven temperature or pressure or too short time.
2)Blurred pattern:Excessive heat time causes the ink to spread.
3)The pattern surface is dull: Excessive pressure or high temperature.
4)Partially blurred pattern: uneven heat distribution in the hot stamping area.
5)The pattern has scars: the heat time is too long.
6)Different shades of pattern: uneven pressure or uneven transfer coating on the paper.
7)Sublimation paper sticks on the cup: the temperature is too high or the quality of sublimation of paper is poor.
