1. What Is The MOQ For Staush Wholesale Order?
MOQ is flexible and can be negotiated. We accept lower quantities for trial orders.

2. How does Staush ensure the Design Privacy of Customers？
NDA agreement with all customers who provide design drafts before production to ensure the privacy of customers' designs.

3. Can I Get Samples And How Long Is The Sample Lead Time?

Existing samples for free, but a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity.
It takes about 2-4 days to ship out. Custom designs, takes 5-7 days, up to your designs whether they need a new printing screen, etc.

3. How does Staush ship the goods And samples?
FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL for sample. Order goods can by express， sea，and container is available.

4. What Format Of The File Do You Need If I Want My Own Design?
JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, 3D drawing and printing screen for mold or etc.

5. What Is Your Payment Term And Shipping?

Normal payment term is T/T (30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L). We also accept L/C at sight.

6. How Long Is The Production Lead Time?
We have 200K pcs goods stock each month for wholesale orders. Our large automation production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time for custom orders.
